Payment Policy:
At Forida (AU) Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality software solutions with fair and transparent terms.
Most of our products require full payment upfront upon purchase or activation.
Instalment plans are offered at our discretion only in limited cases and are subject to these terms.
- Acceptance of goods/services, placement of order, or continued use of instalment plan constitutes agreement to these terms.
- All payments are due on the dates specified in the invoice or agreed payment schedule.

- Late Payments: If any payment is not received by the due date, interest will accrue on the overdue amount at a rate of 10% per annum (calculated daily) from the due date until paid in full. We may also charge a reasonable administration fee for overdue accounts if additional collection efforts are required.
- We reserve the right to suspend support, future deliveries, or access (where applicable) until all overdue amounts are paid.

However, due to the nature of software licenses, we have the following refund policy:
Non-Refundable Software Licenses
Once a software license has been issued and registered in the purchaser’s name, it becomes non-refundable. This is because Forida (AU) Pty Ltd purchases licenses on behalf of the customer directly from the software vendor, and the license is immediately registered under the purchaser’s name. As a result, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on activated licenses.
Consumer Guarantees
Our refund policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If the software you purchase fails to meet these guarantees (e.g., if it has a major defect or is significantly different from its description), you are entitled to a remedy, including a refund, repair, or replacement.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as when a duplicate purchase is made or if there is a confirmed technical issue with the software that cannot be resolved by the vendor. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of the purchase to discuss potential solutions.
