Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and handling customer inquiries
- Maintain good relationship with vendors and customers
- Liaise with channel partners and suppliers to meet strategic business goals
- Capture profitable and long-term business from assigned clients to achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales analysis report to Manager and assist in the sales administration of the Sales Team
- Process Sales orders on a timely and accurate manner
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or business-related disciplines is preferable
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Inside Selling /Sales Coordination /Telemarketing/Customer Services is preferred
- Ability to learn about products & services and present to customers
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to details and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Less experience will be considered as Insides Sales Assistant
